Thank you for signing up for this conference! We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about how we handle the personal data obtained in connection with your registration based on the new GDPR regulations that came into force on 25 May 2018.
The information you have provided us with will be stored and processed. This includes your name, professional status, organisation, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this so that we may contact you in connection with a possible follow-up and assessment and also, to help us identify target groups for future conferences and seminars.
Where networking and business intelligence is an important part of the implementation, we may share the information obtained in the form of participant lists showing the names, positions and organisations of other event participants. We may also, subsequent to an event, send out information about the participants in that event including the speakers. We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties.
You may at any time ask for a copy of the information we have about you or request that it is removed.
Collecting and processing personal information is a legal requirement that we have to comply with if we are to continue our work in accordance with company regulations and specific government decisions.
